When booking at Tenuta San Jacopo, you accept the following general conditions. These conditions apply to all bookings made directly or through authorized booking channels.
Rates and Payments
Rates vary depending on the type of rate chosen. We generally offer two types of rates:
Standard Rate
Free cancellation: You can cancel your reservation without any penalty up to 15 days before the scheduled arrival date.
Cancellation fee: For cancellations made after the 15 day deadline, the entire amount of the reservation will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Non-refundable rate
Payment: The full amount of the reservation must be paid upon confirmation.
Cancellation policy: Free cancellation is not permitted. In case of cancellation, modification or no-show, the entire amount of the stay will be charged.
Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
Credit cards: Visa, MasterCard
Bank transfer: Bank details will be provided at the time of booking
Cash payment: Accepted only for reservations made directly at the property
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in time: From 3.00 pm, depending on your arrival time, there will be someone waiting for you or a self check-in will be organised. In any case, it is essential to organize check-in in advance.
Check-out time: By 10:00 am
For any requests for early check-in or late check-out, please contact us in advance. Such requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Booking Changes
Any changes to the booking must be communicated promptly. We reserve the right to apply the rates and conditions in effect at the time of the change.
Responsibility
In case of damage, the card given as guarantee will be charged.
